Generate Payment Request PDF for Finance Department - Critical
Description
The payment request is critical to the FFWD to carry on with their processes.
The FFWD input its cost for e.g freight purchases in the system.
The costs is then sent as payment request to the accounting department to pay suppliers.
Current process on FFWD system:
Take note of the column Supplier and Supplier Ref. Note that the user inputs all costs and their corresponding supplier and then the system generates and sends payment request per invoice number for each supplier recorded here.
