Description

As per @surfooddeen_hashim's testing:

When creating an invoice for disbursement and normal charges, 2 invoices is created.

Issue: It is difficult to know which invoice is disbursement and which is normal.

Therefore, FFS should display a column with the invoice amount for easier readings.
