Description
Steps to reproduce issue
- Navigate to Ocean > Export > Clearing Services > Clearing List
- Create a Clearing file
- Save
- Approve
- Update the clearing file
- Under Sales section, Add 5 charges
- Delete all charges till last record
- Delete the Last record
- Update cleating file - Error message is displayed "Please fill in charges section"
- Do an Approve
Actual
- User is allowed to save successfully. Sale record is not deleted
Expected
- User should not be allowed to approve a clearing without a charge.
