Kindly take note of the GL Account, Auxiliary Account and Analytic Account. We need to atleast replicate one invoice, both cost and sales for one particular client with different VAT, to be able to test if our file is integrated successfully in Sicorax.

From the SAMPLE OF COS OF SALES INTEGRETION.csv, the column Reference will have the "Supplier Invoice Reference" value, and the column User Defined Field 1 will have the "Master File Reference" value.

Case 1: As per discussion and ticket #583, point 6, Master File Reference is at the Freight Purchase screen, where we record all Costs.

Case 2: In case of additional costs entered in the File Reference at the HBL level, then the column User Defined Field 1 will have the "House BL" value, and the column Reference will have the "Supplier Invoice Reference" value, the same as in the above case. 2 additional fields need to be added in the Additional Cost grid: Invoice Ref and Pay To.
