@noyan_avisham @j.vishesh Please find steps for bug below

Steps:

Created an RFQ
Created the quotation for the RFQ by adding 4 charges
Approved successfully by supervisor and client confirmed
Go to file reference FCL to create the File
Issue: when selecting the existing quotation in HBL, only 2 charges is being retrieved
