As a user,
I want to have access to request for quotation, with all other screens .
Acceptance Criteria:

Access Control:
- On retrieving a quotation ( Status : In progress, Confirmed) The user should only have access to the last screen of the request for quotation process.
- All other screens should be greyed out and accessible to view only to the user.

Document Import:
- The user should be able to import only the required document on the last screen.
- Documents like ( Example: Invoice, Packing list and Original Bill of Lading (BL))

Creating an RFQ :
- Upon creating an RFQ and selecting import option, bind the Requestor Information details found on 1st screen to Consignee located on second screen: Container and Shipment Details
- Default port ( Port of Discharge) should be Mauritius.
- Note: Default port is on Configuration screen

Document Management:
- The user should have the ability to delete the imported document if necessary.
