Screen: Debit/Credit Note and List of Invoices

As a user i want to have a view button that allows the user to open and view credit notes in draft state

Add a View button to enable the user to view the credit note in draft state.
When the user clicks on the " View" button , the system opens a page displaying the details of the draft credit note.
User should not be able to download and send the draft.
