• Add an additional text field on RFQ to enable the user to insert Sales person email address

Acceptance Criteria

1. Field Addition:
   • Add An additional text field labeled "Salesperson Email Address 2" should be added to the RFQ form.
   • The field should be positioned next to the existing Sales Person Email
2. Input Validation:
   • The field should accept valid email formats (e.g., user@example.com).
   • If an invalid email format is entered, the system should display an error message prompting the user to enter a valid email address.
3. Optional Field:
   • The "Salesperson Email Address" field should be optional, allowing users to submit an RFQ without filling it out.
