Description

I want the ability to send draft invoices, proforma invoices, or standard invoices for approval based on my assigned authority.

Acceptance Criteria¶

Authority Levels Defined:

Draft Authority: Agents with this authority can send draft invoices for approval.
Proforma Authority: Agents with this authority can send proforma invoices for approval.
Standard Authority: Agents with this authority can send standard invoices for approval.

Invoice Creation:

Agents should be able to create the respective type of invoice based on their assigned authority:
- Draft invoices should include all necessary details but remain unfinalized.
- Proforma invoices should reflect estimated costs and payment terms.
- Standard invoices should include finalized charges and payment instructions.
