Description

As a user,
I want to receive quotations, RFQ invoices, and release orders via WhatsApp,

Screen impacted: RFQ, Quotation, Invoice, User Management > User, Management > Client

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add 2 checkboxes for the options "SMS" and "WhatsApp" on the following screens:
  1. User Management > User
  2. Maintenance > Client
     • If the the checkbox for SMS is checked, the client will only receive only SMS notification
     • If the checkbox for WhatsApp is checked, the client will only receive WhatsApp notification
     • If both checkboxes are checked, client will receive both SMS and WhatsApp
• Sending PDF via WhatsApp:
  • If the client chooses WhatsApp option, he should receive all notifications
  • Upon Approval of a Quotation / Request for Quotation and Invoice, the client will receive a WhatsApp message, with the quotation as attachment. 2 message should display below the quotation for the client to select
    • Read & Approve
    • Amendments required
  • Based on the client selection a WhatsApp message will be send to the Forwarding Agent to proceed further. The client will inr return receive a " Thank you" message.
