Create an HBL> status should be confirmed

BL Type = Draft

Screen: File Reference > List of File reference > Bill of Lading

Acceptance Criteria:

Contact person name is retrieved On Shipper /Consignee/Notify Party Information on HBL
The 'Contact Person' name should be removed when generating Bill of Lading. ( see attached highlighted in yellow)
