1.    Quotation List¶

When a salesperson or supervisor logs in, their quotation list will be sorted as:

1. Requested
2. In Progress
3. Awaiting Approval
4. Approved by Supervisor
5. Proposed to Client
6. Confirmed by Client
7. Rejected by Client
8. Internal Rejected
9. Cancelled

Then order by created/modified date desc

·        Quotation State dropdown List should be updated as per all Status presents.

·        Filter Criteria:

o   Add Cargo Type: Import & Export

o   Mode of Shipment: Air & Sea

o   Destination port: Dropdown list

2.    Receipt¶

·        Search Criteria: Add “Receipt Reference” also.

·        Payment List:

o   Add column Outstanding/Remaining Amount

o   Order by Created/Receipt Date Desc.

3.    Credit Note¶

·        Search criteria: Add “Invoice Ref”.

·        Credit Note List

            o   Order by Created Date Desc.

            o   Rename "Apply to Invoice" to "Invoice Reference"

4.    Refund¶

·        Refund List: Order by Payment Date

5.    Vessel Schedule¶

·        Vessel Schedule List:  Order by Departure Date Desc.

After discussion with @ramfoll_nihaal, it has been decided to sort the list by created date since this list will be used both in the Import and Export modules.
As discussed with @edoo_noorjahan, the created Date field is sorted in descending order by default.

6.    File Reference¶

·        Search criteria: Add search by “Status” also.

·        For the nested grid, HBL information:

o   Instead of column Port of Loading, display Shipper & Volume

·       When a salesperson or supervisor logs in, their file reference list will be sorted as:

1. In Progress
2. Confirmed
3. Cancelled

Then Order by created/modified date desc.

Note, same applies for File Reference - FCL & Cross Trade

7.    Loading List¶

·        Add column Total Volume of all HBLs in the specific container in nested grid “Container”

Add the date created field also in the retrieve list where missing.
