The users want to view and manage additional details related to BOEs, such as agency flags, clearance dates, and status updates,
so that they can efficiently track and process BOEs while maintaining accurate records and improving communication with relevant agencies where applicable.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. BOE List Enhancements:
   • Add two new columns to the BOE list:
     • Agency (flag): Indicates the agency associated with the BOE.
     • Clearance Date: Displays the date the BOE was cleared as being updated in the POP-UP

• Add a BOE Status flag with the following:
  • Clearance Date: A field to display or input the clearance date.
• Add a Remarks text box:
  • Allows users to input receipt reference details or other notes.
• Add a Part Clearance status flag:
  • Part Clearance Date: A field to display or input the date of partial clearance.
• Add a Multiselect dropdown with a list of agencies:
  • Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection (MIC)
  • Film Classification Board (FCB)
  • Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (MOE)
  • National Plant Protection Office (NPPO)
  • National Agricultural Plant Regulatory Office (NAPRO) - (Ex Tea Board/Ex Tobacco Board)
  • Agricultural Marketing Board (AMB)
  • Food Import Unit (FIU)
  • Dangerous Chemicals Control Board (DCCB)
  • Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security Authority (RPA)
  • Ministry of Blue Economy, Marine Resources, Fisheries and Shipping (MFISH)
  • Division of Veterinary Services (DVS)
  • Pharmacy Board (PB)
  • Mauritius Standard Bureau (MSB)
  • Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA)

3. Validation and Usability:

• Ensure all new fields are optional unless specified otherwise.
• The multiselect dropdown should allow users to select multiple agencies if applicable.
• The BOE Status flag and Part Clearance status flag should be clearly visible and easy to update.
• The Remarks text box should support at least 500 characters for detailed notes.

4. Performance:

• The addition of new columns and fields should not significantly impact the system’s performance or load times.

 Notes:

• This enhancement will improve the tracking and management of BOEs by providing more detailed information and agencies involved in the BOEs.
• The new fields and flags will help to identify the clearance records at first insight
