BE-Booking: Release order notification to CFS , Exporter or Transporter
Description
Description
- A release order notification is a document used to authorize the release of goods or services.
For container
- On File Reference screen, After FFW enable Release Order (NO/YES). A pop up is displayed with dropdown options CFS, Transporter and Exporter. Upload a pdf.
- FFW selects from option ( CFS, Exporter and Transporter). Upon selecting CFS or Transporter , a list of CFS or Transporters should be displayed under the Release Order To dropdown list. After clicking on Ok button, Save file reference button.
- The selected user and the Freight Forwarding Agent will receive a mail attachment Notification.
- The notification should include relevant details such as order number, client name, release date, and any special instructions.
Note: Group mail to be provided by Freight Forwarding Agent.
