Description

As a Freight Forwarder,
I want to have an option to generate Shipping Instructions (SI) from a file reference,
so that I can efficiently create and send accurate shipping instructions to clients.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Generate SI Option:
   • Add a button to enable the agent in generate Shipping Instructions (SI) from file reference screen.
   • Format (e.g., PDF, DOCX, XLSX) - Confirm with Freight Forwarding Agent EDL
2. SI Content:
   • The generated SI should include all necessary details extracted from the file reference, such as shipment details
3. Review and Edit:
   • Users should have the option to review and edit the generated SI before sending it to the client.
4. Send to Client:
   • The system should allow Agents to send the finalized SI directly to the client via email after Agent clicks on Save File Reference.
5. Notification:
   • Log the action in the system.
