Description

As an agent i want to see warning messages at the top of the File Reference screen when certain conditions are met.

Acceptance criteria

Screen: Ocean Export > File Reference ( LCL and FCL)

Blacklisted Customer Warning:
- If any customer associated with a file has been labeled as blacklisted, a warning message is displayed at the top of the File Reference screen.
Exceeded Credit Limit Warning:
- If any credit associated with the file exceeds its limit, a warning message is displayed.
- Warning message : 'Credit Limit exceeded'
Container Volume Exceedance Warning:
- If the volume of items in a container exceeds its capacity, a warning message is displayed.
- The message should indicate that the container volume limit has been exceeded.
Display Format:
- All warning messages should be displayed at the top of the File Reference screen ( FCL and LCL).

Note: All warnings displayed on the file reference page should be displayed in the warning section
