closedUnable to create VGM got booking number POL0147624 - Ticket Reference #14142
Description
We have encountered an issue where the client is unable to proceed with the creation of the VGM due to the following error message for booking number POL0147624 containing 3 containers - GPCU3190470 , GPCU3190948 and KTEU1500148 :
Prior to creating the VGM, the client had already created a folder, and the booking in question has been associated with it.
The issue was resolved after the team's intervention, and the client successfully created the VGM for each container associated with the booking
Kindly investigate the root cause of the error to identify the issue and provide a solution to prevent it from happening in the future.
