Description
A client has a specific request from their Control Union Global, the organization that issues certificates for sustainable products. For the import of such products, they require several commercial documents and evidence of container/general cargo movement.
In this case, they requested a "proof of transport document" showing the date and time the container moved from the port to the factory. While the client has provided the MACCS Gate-Out record containing this information, their Control Union Global has highlighted two issues:
- The company name and address do not appear in full on the document.
- They need the order number, which corresponds to the "Internal Ref" entered when creating an ICID, to be displayed on the document.

Could you kindly ensure that the Gate-Out notification sent to Ferney Spinning Mills includes:
- The full company name and address.
- The Internal Reference (already available in the ICID data).
