ORA-00001: unique constraint (AIRCCS_COMMON.FLIGHTHEADER_UK1) violated

ORA-06512: at line 1

RCA: Issue with above is FFM integration is attempting to create the flightheader while it should only have created the leg to the existing flight.

Fix: To modify AIRMESSAGES_IMP.PKG_FFM_INTEGRATION.CREATEIMPORTFLIGHT such that it checks if the flightheader exist, if so, it only created the missing leg.

Fix done and deployed on prod and staging
